Sponsorship Packages

The PASC Conference series offers a great chance for organizations to gain visibility at an international level, to network with key leaders in the fields of HPC, simulation and data science, and discuss research and development. PASC25 builds on a successful history – with 500 attendees from 30 countries in 2024 – and continues to expand its program and international profile every year.

Sponsorship Packages

PASC25 offers the following sponsorship package opportunities:

GOLD: from CHF 10’000

The gold sponsorship package includes:

• Your organization’s name, logo, direct link to website, and short description on the conference website.
• Two complimentary conference passes for in-person participation, providing access to all sessions, conference materials, lunches, and coffee breaks.
• Two complimentary passes for the social evening event.
• Acknowledgement of your support through PASC25 communication channels pre- and post- event.
• Visual presence on screen before/after plenary sessions.
• An acknowledgement of your support during the opening and closing of the conference
• Possibility to give a 15-min technical presentation in the form of an interview in an area dedicated to recording during the conference. The recording will be published on the conference YouTube channel.

Additionally, as gold sponsor, you may also decide to add the following to your package:

– Sponsorship of Poster Session and Reception: CHF 2’000

The sponsorship package includes:

• Signage placed on food stations with the mention “Generously sponsored by <logo of the organization>” (signage will be prepared by the conference organizing team)
• Display of your organization’s roll-up(/s) during the reception (roll-up(/s) to be provided by your organization)
• The option to display additional promotional material (e.g. serviettes branded with your organization’s logo on food stations) (material to be supplied by your organization)
• An announcement in the plenary room that the reception is sponsored by your organization

– The sponsorship of an announcement: CHF 500

The announcement will be sent via the PASC25 mailing list (over 3’000 contacts).
The sponsorship package includes:

• The statement: “This message has been sponsored by <organization>, official sponsor of PASC25” at the bottom of the announcement.
• Your organization’s logo.
• A short description of your organization (approximately 50 words).
• A direct link to your organization’s website.

The silver sponsorship package includes:

• Your organization’s name, logo and direct link to website on the conference website.
• One complimentary conference pass for in-person participation, providing access to all sessions, conference materials, lunches, and coffee breaks.
• The possibility for a second representative to register for the equivalent of a student fee.
• Acknowledgement of your support through PASC25 communication channels pre- and post- event.
• An acknowledgement of your support during the opening and closing of the conference.

BRONZE:

A discounted package is available for sponsoring organizations coming from academia. Please contact the organizing committee (info@pasc-conference.org) to discuss the terms and amount.
